Then come to JOBLINGE. For our general team of the JOBLINGE umbrella organization, we are looking for a full-time or part-time employee (approximately 30 to 40 hours a week) in the Business Administration & Controlling area as a financial account holder*in (m/w/d) in the hybrid work setting. The activity can be done remotely, but a certain readiness to travel should be present. What makes your working day off at JOBLINGE?

With these tasks you can also contribute your part to our mission: You take the current financial accounting incl. Debitor, creditor and property accounts. You will check preconfigured documents for correctness and correct confirmation. You support the optimization of accounting processes and digital workflows. You will first complete monthly accounts as well as regular and ad-hoc reports. You monitor open positions and work on the Mahn Being. You perform regular accounts and clarify differences. You support the creation of tax returns and provide documentation for audits. You're supporting financial statements.

Personality and team fitness are particularly important to us and we are looking forward to getting to know you in the application process. We would be happy if you already brought some of these hard facts: You have an adequate training – e.g. tax specialist, farmer or financial accountant. You bring professional experience in financial accounting. You know the principles of proper accounting (GoB) and apply them safely. You work with the accounting software DATEV and MS Office. You work independently, structured and precise – even with high work volume. You are characterized by a high number affinity and analytical thinking. You like to work on results and constructively in the team. You bring empathy, communication skills and flexibility. You show willingness to continue and interest in current developments in accounting.
