Hands-On support and coaching of staff and executives in H&S topics Operational introduction and support related to H&S topics Technical assistance in accident analyses, derivation and monitoring of measures Provision of security information and materials support the implementation of new standards, and operational instructions and validation of their effectiveness The ISO is mandated to introduce and maintain regulatory requirements in the field of occupational safety and health at the site. The ISO ensures a non-destructive process of the H&S processes, including: visits and audits at the site with derivation and prosecution of improvements, and support in the introduction of new projects, Consultation with the introduction of new technical equipment, new working methods and work equipment, etc.

The job owner develops programs and activities to improve H&S performance at the site. Development of corporate culture across the site towards a proactive security culture. The ISO actively supports the location management and the local H&S Manager Germany in developing the H&S standard beyond purely compliance with legal requirements and also improving behavioral safety (BehaviorBased Safety) at all levels. Furthermore, the ISO supports the implementation of the requirements of global H&S management, in particular with regard to the implementation of H&S policy, guidelines and other global H&S activities at the site and exchange of best practices.
