Team Leader Customer Service - Hygiene / Microbiology (m/f/d)

The BAV INSTITUT is an accredited research laboratory for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies. In addition to laboratory tests, we support our customers through practical advice and training on hygiene and quality control.

Our modern BAV laboratory stands for speed, reliable results and flexibility. We achieve this through high specialization, competent staff and many years of experience. As a member of the Tentamus laboratories, we offer a wide range of microbiological and chemical investigations from a single source. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team (6-10 employees), motivate in everyday life and promote individual development. You are responsible for the economic management of your area by means of key figures, predicting the team's utilisation and continuously optimizing the work processes. As a central expert:in the field of hygiene and microbiology, you advise customers on complex issues and ensure the professional quality in the team. You are developing customer relationships strategically, analysing customer feedback and implementing measures to increase service quality.

You bring a well-founded knowledge in the areas of hygiene, quality assurance and microbiology to advise our customers in a professionally excellent manner. You already have several years of experience in managing and developing teams, ideally in customer service or a comparable environment. With your organizational talent and your communication strength, you can create smooth processes and a motivating environment for your team. You can communicate safely in German and English (C1 level), both in the team and with our customers.
