A completed study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, childhood education with state recognition, education with social pedagogical focus or Professionals according to § 7 para. 6 No 1(b) KiTaG with appropriate evidence; or A completed training educator with state recognition Experience as a group management, experience in the management and personnel management area desirable (basic) knowledge of organization and administration issues as well as safe handling of MS Office programs and the Kita database Knowledge and experience in social pedagogical work with children as part of the support concept
