In this versatile position, you take over the entire range of operational personnel work – with the exception of wage accounting. Your tasks include: Care and advice of employees and managers in all personal topics.

Recruitment from job alerts to selection up to onboarding and further support over all phases of the working relationship.

Support in the care and development of our HR processes and tools.

Preparation of monthly pay bills for external wage accounting.

Creation of personal documents, evaluations and reports.

Support for projects and topics in an internationally oriented special machine construction company.
