What do you expect?

Your central task is to successfully organize the clinic together with the managing dentist (m/w/d). In doing so, you are responsible for the operating process of the entire hospital everyday, from A such as workflows to Z such as time management.

You take responsibility for the human resources management of all professional groups (with the exception of dentists (m/w/d)) in your clinic and perform and motivate your employees in a value-assured way. You act and lead from an economic point of view, reach common goals and actively shape our exciting phase of growth. In the field of quality management and hygiene, you act as a model.

What do you bring?

• You ideally have a successfully completed training as a dental specialist (m/w/d) or dental assistant (m/w/d).
