In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a HR Payroll expert (m/w/d) as a temporary parent agency with 20 hours a week.

Projektmanager (m/w/d) - HR Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) (part time 20 hours/week)

Main responsibility for the implementation of the monthly payroll in compliance with legal and operational requirements and for the time management of a defined group of employees Advice and support of employees on the subject of pay billing Communication with authorities, financial authorities and health insurance companies and implementation of reporting and certification Working with HR projects Optimization of HR processes

(m/w/d) or a comparable training or Studies, e.g. Multiannual professional experience in pay accounting combined with a strong interest in administrative activities in human resources Know-how in social security and pay tax law Very good MS Office knowledge as well as safe handling of billing software (ideally with P&I Loga) Structured, independent and careful operation Service orientation and team skills
