Your tasks as team management

• Professional leadership of employees and first contact person on site
• Monitoring of product quality and quantity
• Coordination of required work materials
• Permanent control of work content for process optimization and ergonomic workstation design
• Participation in audit evaluations
• Coordination of the learning of new employees and organisation of employee rotation
• Implementation of Lean Management Standards
• Ensuring compliance with safety requirements
