Our TSO team ensures that IT security products are trained in a comprehensible and practical way. In modern training rooms, we pass on our knowledge to internal and external partners and customers. Support in the planning, organisation, as well as the preparation and follow-up of our training courses - from the first request to ensuring a smooth running on site Participation in the administration of the training (orders, registrations, online checks, scheduling) Processing of customer requests as well as competent information on appointments and training contents and procedures Supporting the (Trainer) team by planning the weekly team meetings, documentation (in Confluence) and ensuring sufficient training material on site
