The LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland with the facilities in Solingen, Tönisvorst, Remscheid and Euskirchen is a highly differentiated youth aid facility with 351 seats. The N.E.O group is concerned with an intensive educational project in which young people/children are to be taken up between 6 and 13 years of age. In support, the young people are intensively accompanied in the development of the world of life and in their future planning and receive support in the processing of their problems. In this group, a reference drawer and an amplifier system are used. A structured weekly planning with fixed principles and recurring projects also distinguishes this group.
