With our central IT services, we are responsible for the development and operation of central applications and implement technical IT strategies and plans. In the field of IT service management, new processes are created in the technology context “Intelligent process automation” which, in addition to robotic process automation and rule-based decision support, are also based on artificial intelligence/generic artificial intelligence.
