Digital Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the support, control and further development of the digital channels (Corporate Website, Social Media) and are structuring topics and projects with a clear objective You are a key partner*in for digital topics in the team as well as internal interface for other departments and coordinates external service providers Corporate Website: You co-ordinate and adapt yourself to content and are responsible for the further development (structure, functionalities, etc.). A focus will be on the planned relaunch, here you take a decisive role in the project team Social Media: You enter and develop these channels strategically and content. One focus is on the further professionalization of LinkedIn. Additional channels such as Instagram, YouTube, etc. Check their strategic relevance and guide action recommendations for a holistic social media strategy Content creation: In cooperation with colleagues in the team, you will arrange other disciplines for catchy digital content. Performance: You connect digital channels, work on increasing the range and drive the implementation of a search engine marketing (SEO/SEA) Evaluation: You are responsible for the analysis of user data

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or a comparable training and several years of professional experience in the field of digital communication You are a digital native, you know digital trends and have a sense of topics You have experience in developing and expanding digital communication channels and platforms (websites, social medias, webinars, blogs, apps, webshops, etc.) You love the challenge, like to take responsibility for your task, communicate openly and clearly and work independently and solution-oriented You are well familiar with content management systems and are used to work closely with IT and different disciplines Search engine marketing, customer journey and marketing automation are not foreign words for you. You know the challenges and, ideally, you already have experience in developing and implementing digital strategies and campaigns You are a creative head with organizational talent, have team spirit and a neat portion of humor You speak fluent German and very good English and you like to work in an international environment Experiences in the chemical industry and/or in the B2B sector are not a prerequisite
