Deputy Director (m|f|d) F&B

Together with the Director F&B, you are responsible for the strategic and economic management of all gastronomic outlets in the Europa-Park and in Rulantica You play a key role in the strategic development of the entire R&B sector and develop structures, processes and concepts for a sustainable gastronomy together with the director. Keep in mind both the guest experience and the quality of our gastronomic offers and their economic success On the basis of the centrally specified business planning, you will tax and analyze the relevant business performance indicators, in particular sales, personnel costs and operating costs, together with the Director, and will therefore implement specific measures for the individual areas. You identify optimization and development potential within our gastronomic companies and accompany their implementation together with the responsible managers Ensuring and continuously developing our quality, service and operating standards across all gastronomic outlets are also your responsibility Together with the Director F&B and the responsible executives, you shape an important operational area of the Europa-Park Adventure Resort and continuously develop its organisation and leadership structures You develop executives, strengthen responsibilities within the organization and ensure clear, reliable and effective management structures In close cooperation with HR, you will work on predictive personnel and organization planning, as well as on the acquisition, development and binding of employees and executives with You work closely with central interfaces such as finance, purchasing, HR, technology, marketing and other areas of expertise, representing the interests of the R&B sector Interdisciplinary projects, new gastronomic concepts and strategic initiatives, you take an active role in controlling and design You report directly to the Director F&B and together with him represent essential topics and developments in the area in selected dates to the responsible member of the Executive Board In the absence of the Director, you take over his representation and ensure the viability of the R&B sector

You have a completed training or study in the area of hotel industry, gastronomy, hospitality management, business management or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year leadership experience in a challenging gastronomic, tourist or hospitality-like organization with You have a strong understanding of business relationships and are confident in handling key figures such as sales, personnel costs, operating costs and productivity In addition to your operational experience, you will be able to further develop complex organizations strategically and translate long-term goals into concrete measures. You think entrepreneurial, recognize relationships beyond individual businesses and consistently judge decisions on quality, economics and guest satisfaction You are a sovereign and binding leader who develops executives, transfers responsibility and also gives orientation in challenging situations Communication strength, enforcing ability, and a safe occurrence towards different hierarchy levels are your strengths A structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you as well as the ability to clear priorities in a dynamic environment You are pleased to initiate changes, to develop new ideas and to actively shape the gastronomic future of the Europa-Park Adventure Resort You bring multi-year leadership experience in a challenging gastronomic, tourist or hospitality-like organization.
