As a production employee (m/w/d), an exciting task awaits you in a modern working environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that brings quality and efficiency to the production process. Your activities include the operation and equipping of machines and the control of production results. You make sure everything works smoothly and the quality is always guaranteed.

• operate and monitor machines to ensure optimal production.
• Insert materials and workpieces correctly into machines.
• perform quality controls to ensure product standards.
• identify and report technical problems to ensure a smooth process.
• Work with 3-shift operation to enable flexible production.

We are looking for

To be successful as a production employee (m/w/d), you do not need many years of experience or special qualifications. Important is your motivation, readiness for learning and reliability – we will teach you everything else! Helpful targets for this job are:

• First experience in production is advantageous, but no prerequisite.
• Interest in technical processes and machine operation.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation.
• Team skills and responsibility.
• Careful and precise operation.
