Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience with ServiceNow, ideally certified (e.g. CSA, CIS, CAD) Knowledge of ITSM processes (according to ITIL) Experience in the architecture of complex IT systems and integrations Embossed analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
