Your challenges • Processing of Incidents and Inquiries via ITSM/Mail as well as the creation and maintenance of App-V packages • Communication with tool managers and customers • Documentation of package creation and the necessary knowledge transfer • Script creation, maintenance and extension or innovation

Required knowledge • Complete training as a specialist system integration or a comparable qualification • Funded knowledge in Microsoft Windows Terminal servers as well as with Citrix Virtual Desktop & Apps • Routined handling in Microsoft App-V and MSIX technologies • Advanced knowledge in PowerShell and Shell scripting
