Analysis and visualization of construction and manufacturing processes, work processes and organizational structures Identification of optimization or Saving potentials in process sequences and value chains Implementation of improvement measures and definition of standards and cooperation in research and development issues Introduction, further development and control of the implementation of lean strategies Promoting a constructive error culture, motivation of the teams and continuous questioning of existing processes Presentation of workshops and coaching of teams in the sense of lean principles Continuous quality management to ensure efficient processes Close cooperation with other departments

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, economics or comparable qualifications (e.g. experience in construction site processing, work preparation, calculation or digital construction processes) Experience in lean management, process optimization or project management – ideally in construction or plant engineering Knowledge of Lean Methods and Tools (e.g. LastPlanner®, 5S, Value Flow Analysis, Shopfloor Management, Visual Management, Lean Logistics) Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working with high self-initiative communication strength, team skills and enthusiasm for coaching and change processes Secure handling of MS Office, appointment and project planning software as well as digital tools (e.g. MS Project, Lean Software such as yolean or LC digital, presentation tools such as Miro or Canva, CAD systems, Revit/BIM) Required: certification as Lean Construction Manager:in accordance with VDI 2553 or comparable
