Industrial System Engineer (d/m/w) Airbus

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as an industrial system engineer (d/m/w) Airbus at the location 28199 Bremen as part of the transfer of employees. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Analysis and Optimization of Industrial Systems and Manufacturing Processes, incl. Value Flow Analysis, Flow Management and Identification of Improvement Potentials Development and implementation of new or improved systems (hardware, software, automation), including specifications, technology selection and feasibility assessments Implementation of Lean Line Design (LLD/LDG) workshops and application of Lean Design Methodology (LDM) to design efficient production lines Line Layouts (Entry/Exit Ports, Working Zones, FOOD Handling) and Workforce Sizing (Tact Time, Buffer, Manning Density, Whitespace) Project management with PERT, GTV and Critical Path Analysis, incl. bottleneck management and evaluation of system changes Setup, execution and evaluation of virtual Run@Rate (R@R) incl. Performance measurement, validation and documentation Coordination of external service providers and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and internal standards, including fault analysis and troubleshooting Preparation of technical documentation, employee training and continuous evaluation of technological developments for Airbus

Complete technical studies (engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing/production, process planning, quality management and project management Knowledge of Lean Management, Process Optimization and Industrial Methods (LLD, VSA, Flow Management) Good knowledge of SAP and first experience with Catia V5 Analytical thinking, structured working and high problem solving competence Communication strength, team capacity and safe occurrence in the interdisciplinary environment Experience in cooperation with external service providers and technical stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to participate
