You act at eye level in a multi-professional team and care management Ensuring high-quality patient-centered care with focal points such as jaw and facial malformations, malfunctions and pain treatment, dental and implantological treatment, aesthetic and special surgery Continuous further development and optimization, including through the introduction of creative ideas in terms of personnel, supply and quality strategy in the care organization Personnel development measures: employee talks (e.g.: target agreement and incorporation)

A completed training as a nursing specialist / nursing professional, desirable with the deepening of paediatrics, or as a health and child care professional / health and child caregiver (GKKP) or Children's nurse / nurse The successfully completed development for conducting a care unit is desired A cooperative leadership style, responsiveness and conflictability, ideally experience in conflict and stress management as well as quality and risk management Safe handling of the current MS Office programs, with a hospital information system (Agfa Orbis, LEP, ePA-AC) and with SP-Expert (EDV-based service plan generation) Flexibility in terms of use in the layer system and the usual service times
