completed studies, alternatively completed vocational training Professional experience in the field of vocational training and/or the provision of labour market services Leadership and organisational skills responsible handling of documentation obligations very good IT skills (office applications) high literary competence Ready-to-use and load capacity incl. Ready to operate Loyalty and trustworthiness Driving licence
