Part-time Administrator - Reporting & BI Systems (m/w/d)

As part of Controlling & Analytics, we support our management with our process and data understanding. We are the business partner of our customers and help identify risks and make data-driven decisions. Beyond numerical understanding, our activity begins until we have found the best and fastest solution in communication, digitalization and consulting.

As a specialist, you can check our key figures and systems every day and thus ensure the smooth use of our BI solutions. With your commitment, you contribute to providing our management with data-based decision bases.

This means:

Daily quality assurance and control of our management information system Processing of requests for our systems and reports in the ticket system Preparation of process and training documents Optimizing internal processes and processes by introducing new ideas Support of controlling colleagues in various organizational tasks Contact persons for our internal interfaces (e.g. IT, Purchasing and Logistics) and our nationwide regional locations

The place is to be occupied in parttime (20-30 hours/week).

Completed commercial training or study Professional experience in controlling or BI environment desirable Professional handling of MS Office applications (excel) or Google Workspace Organised and committed working with high quality awareness Teamability and professional communication – both written and personal contact Very good German knowledge
