During your training, you will get to know the commercial departments and the relevant business processes that are needed for product production in an internationally active industrial company. This gives you a broad spectrum of knowledge. Whether sales, marketing, work preparation, purchasing, finance or shipping - each department focuses on different skills, be it communication skills, a good number understanding or organizational talent. During your training you will get exciting insights into many commercial areas of our company, including: Pick up and compare offers from suppliers Customer consulting, customer support and acquisition of new customers Analysis of markets and sales activities Planning, control and monitoring of production processes Calculation of prices, supply creation and analysis of statistics Creation of order and accompanying documents Learning content related to international business Professional school: Commercial school Achern (2 days per week)

Intermediate maturity with subsequent commercial schooling (e.g. Vocational College I) or Abitur Good knowledge of German and English Basic technical understanding Interest in business operations Friendly appearance and communication joy Motivation to learn new and team spirit
