Process Analyst:in International / Multinational Programmes

Working in a cross-functional team for the digital and business transformation of international / multinational insurance programs for more than 5,300 programs in over 200 countries / territories Analysis, optimization and harmonisation of international insurance processes to increase operational efficiency Cooperation with stakeholders for mapping and documentation of end-to-end processes in international insurance, ensuring global compliance and optimising insurance coverage Use of process modelling methods for the visualization and communication of international insurance processes, including police operations, damage processing, premium calculation and compliance processes Management of initiatives for process improvement and consulting on change management strategies, implementation of workshops on process redesign and leadership of cross-functional teams in implementing best practices, automation solutions and digital tools for efficient international insurance processes Cooperation in the creation of globally relevant guides and effective training materials in coordination with relevant stakeholders to support scaling and introduction of optimized processes

Complete Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Insurance or a related subject Further certifications or recognised qualifications in the field of business process management (BPM) or insurance management are advantageous Comprehensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in business process management or consulting, ideally in the insurance industry focusing on international / multinational insurance programs Knowledge of international insurance processes, including policy enforcement, damage management, compliance and regulatory requirements in different legal areas Proven successes in the management of process optimization, change management and implementation of improved processes and automation solutions Expressed analytical skills to capture and evaluate complex data, perform performance analyses and derive strategic recommendations Experience in handling tools for process modeling, data analysis and visualization is desirable Openness for new technologies and the willingness to try out innovative ideas to quickly create customer benefits Ability to communicate complex facts in a professional environment both in writing and oral in English No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
