Construction manager for turnkey building construction, modular construction and system construction (m/f/d)

Project Responsibility & Coordination You assume the overall responsibility for “your” construction site – from schools and kindergartens to office and administration buildings in turnkey modular and system construction in the Baden-Württemberg region (PLZ areas (66, 70-79, 88+89) As a central contact person, you coordinate all project participants on site and ensure smooth cooperation You control and coordinate all the plants sovereignly until the successful decrease and actively advance the progress of construction

Quality of construction, dates and costs You monitor the construction design and ensure that all works comply with the approvals, execution plans, performance descriptions and the recognised technical rules You coordinate the entrepreneurs and ensure quality, time and cost-oriented execution You keep in mind quality, costs, appointments and work security at any time and, in case of deviations, intervene in an early controlling manner

Ensuring billing & project documentation You enter and check the services provided and expect them to be structured and comprehensible with the after-contractors You accompany the acceptances and ensure complete and clean project documentation

Construction professional with experience in turnkey construction You have a successfully completed degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering (construction) or have a qualification as a civil engineering technician You bring several years of professional experience in the construction management in turnkey construction, in particular in the construction works Enforced, solution-oriented and quality-conscious You appear sovereign, binding and authentic and communicate safely with builders, entrepreneurs, planners and other project participants You recognize challenges early, make informed decisions and develop pragmatic solutions even in challenging situations You work independently, structured and responsible and keep track of complex construction projects You have secure knowledge in VOB/B and VOB/C as well as in construction-related correspondence Team player with view for the whole Ideally, you bring experience in Lean Construction Management and have the pleasure to continuously improve construction processes You like to work with different disciplines and understand themselves as a reliable contact person at the construction site You have knowledge of German in a safe manner (at least C1) and willingness to travel and stay within the Baden-Württemberg region and, if necessary, at the KLEUSBERG locations
