You develop independent TikTok formats with effective dramaturgy, own rhythm and clear tonality – consistently designed and developed for TikTok. You plan topics, write scripts, identify trends and translate complex content into platform-oriented stories. In exchange with our specialist editors in Frankfurt – from business, politics, culture and science – You quickly convert relevant topics into rich-wide TikToks. You kick in front of the camera themselves and/or put other people into scene effectively – authentic, approachable, convincing and contemporary. You will have new formats, memes, sounds and features in mind and let them flow into your own content. From performance key figures (Watch-Time, Engagement, Saves, Shares) you can derive concrete optimizations for format, hook and narrative.

You bring practical TikTok experience with you and can explain why content works in a comprehensible way using their own productions – ideally with videos in the range of 50,000+ views. You think journalistically, examine facts and sources carefully and prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way – fast, but always responsible. You write scripts that work spoken: short, rhythmic, pointed – and tell a round story in a few seconds. You master common tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects and cut independently (although we also have editors in the team). You also know how to make a really good video with an iPhone. You work independently, are curious, bring courage to test and try and consistently challenge us through your ideas and results.
