Global Process Manager (m/f/d) - SAP S/4HANA Dispatch in End-to-End O2C Process

Your role: Designing Global Process Manager in Sales & Distribution (SD) with Focus Dispatch The global end-to-end processes around shipping, transport processing and order processing. You are responsible for defining, harmonizing and implementing future-oriented standard processes in a modern S/4HANA system environment - far beyond the classic SD module cloud. You will have a significant impact on the further development of our global process and system landscape and create the basis for efficient, digital and scalable logistics.

Your challenge: Global process design and implementation through design, harmonisation and introduction of global standard processes based on SAP S/4HANA (including customer order filling / order-to-dispatch, shipping, transport processing, delivery processing, EDI with customers) End-to-end optimization of shipping and logistics processes by further developing the processes in production plants and distribution centers focusing on material and information flow, automation and standardization, as well as carrying out process equipment and deriving sustainable improvement measures Head of international transformation and digitization projects with responsibility for global projects in cross-functional teams as well as close cooperation with locations, regions and corporate functions Control of global change management by evaluating, prioritizing and coordinating change requests in cooperation with internal and external process and technology experts Data and process analysis by developing and using relevant KPIs and using modern analysis tools (e.g. process mining) to ensure process quality and performance Documentation and standardization by creating and maintaining global standards, guidelines, training documents and process documentation Creating and supporting a global key user network with first-level support for regional process experts as well as promoting a global community for knowledge sharing and best practices Interface management through close cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g. sales, lean, production, IT, supply chain) to ensure a continuous end-to-end process understanding

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies with a focus on logistics and/or production management Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of work Competences: Very good knowledge of shipping planning and implementation and material flow processes Very good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules SD and EWM, including understanding for customizing Knowledge of further logistical modules (WM, MM, TM) of advantage Experiences and knowledge in project management in the international environment and in change processes LEAN knowledge advantage

Language knowledge: Very good English knowledge in word and writing, further language skills of advantage Personality: Responsive, motivated and independent working Structured approach and pronounced analytical skills Team skills and joy in working in the international environment and in international projects The position requires international readiness between 30 and 40%
