Responsibility You prepare procedures for the appeal committees, prepare counselling and decision-making templates and accompany the meetings legally. Their legal analyses and evaluations are not a gray theory, but are the basis for decisions with a noticeable effect on contract medical care. Advice: As a speaker (m/w/d) you will advise the appeal committees before, during and after the sessions on legally demanding questions. In complex constellations, you clearly and comprehensiblely represent the position of the KVBW, also assign challenging or unexpected legal questions and thus ensure that the decisions of the Committee are taken on a resilient basis. Knowledge management: Within the business unit, you participate in professional discussions, question existing processes and develop them further. Your acquired expert knowledge has a direct influence on team work and shapes the common workings, which all benefit. Collaboration: The close cooperation with colleagues - also from adjacent areas - with different levels of experience as well as our Management Board is part of your everyday work. Mutual support, a close exchange and short coordination channels - professionally informed, but without unnecessary formality belong to the small one-off. Qualification: You have completed your studies in law and have successfully completed the second state exam. Ideally, you have first experience in cooperation with bodies. Experience: First knowledge of contract law, social security or administrative law completes their profile. If not, we will be happy to help you get into these exciting topics quickly. Operation: Your procedure is characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way, but you always keep the overall structure in mind. Several parallel operations do not bring you out of balance and you can also encounter complex, short-term challenges with calm and discernment. Appearance: You are used to act sovereignly in front of bodies and decision-makers, but at the same time to remain close and binding. You can convey your legal expertise, orally as in writing, to the addressee.
