For our client in Würzburg, we are now looking for committed nurses from the Intermediate Care area to strengthen the team as part of the transfer of employees. Here you enter patients who need more than normal acute care - but (still) not the full intensive program.

Monitoring and care of patients who need close-mesh care but are not subject to intensive care (e.g. postoperative, cardiological, surgical, neurological) Continuous monitoring of vital parameters including telemetry, ECG, blood pressure, neurological checks and liquid balances Extended nursing measures such as infusion therapy, injections, drainage management, pain therapy and wound care Preparation and assistance in diagnostic studies (e.g. sonography, endoscopy, punctions) and therapeutic interventions Professional communication and care of patients and relatives in partially complex treatment situations Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team and documentation of all nursing measures Intermediate Care offers exactly the mix that many nursing professionals are looking for: sophisticated medicine, close-mesh care, modern technology - but without the extreme pressure of the intensive care unit.
