Employees Print Management / Print & Cloud Services (m/f/d)

You are a contact person when it comes to the operation, monitoring and continuous development of the entire printer landscape - from multifunction devices to workplace printers. Whenever it comes to ensuring a stable operation, you take the proactive monitoring of system states, disturbances and consumables as well as the incident and problem management. You take care of the central management and uniform configuration of all printing systems, control firmware updates and ensure compliance with current security standards. In your position, you develop and implement modern printing concepts (e.g. follow me print), integrierst cloud services and hybrid printing architectures and plan, test and implement new printer models and innovative technologies. Last but not least, you analyze printing behavior and usage data to optimize infrastructure, create reports on usage, utilisation and efficiency, coordinate the procurement and exchange of consumables and work closely with manufacturers, service providers and cloud providers.

Completed IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) or comparable qualification Experience in printing management, output management or IT operations Ideally experience with cloud-based printing solutions or SaaS models Basic knowledge or interest in cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructures Knowledge of IT service processes (e.g. ITIL) of advantage Understanding network printing, print servers and modern print services Personally, we especially like your structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working, your team skills and your strong communication strength.
