Senior Project Manager - Hardware / Software Development (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, control and control of hardware, software and firmware projects based on approved project applications and specifications You take over the operational and organizational management of the project with the aim of optimally achieving the defined project objectives within the specified framework conditions You represent the project to the outside, in particular to the specialist departments involved, line managers of the project staff as well as other internal and external interfaces You take over the assignment, prioritization and resource use as part of the operational project management You meet the requirements on the basis of the project applications, in particular with the support of development and testing projects, and start project status and results reports as well as decision bases for the further project You carry out or coordinate product pre-examinations based on project applications

You have many years of experience in managing technical development projects with high technical and organizational responsibility You have a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C) or a comparable qualification You have deep technical understanding, preferably with professional experience as a developer: in the hardware or software sector You have excellent knowledge of project management methods, quality management and product development processes You are safe to use relevant tools and methods for project planning, control and communication You show negotiation skills, enforcement ability and dynamic appearance
