IT Project Manager Exercise (m/f/d)

Operational project management: monitoring timetables, resources and costs in daily business. Mission Planning & Trial Management: Operational direction of preparation & implementation for national and international training projects. Conference: Active participation and management of the planning phases (Concept Development, Initial Planning Conference, Main Planning Conference, Final Planning Conference). Field Support Coordination: Organisation of on-site presence and necessary conditions. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of project-specific documentation (e.g. project manuals, status reports). Requirements management: Compensation of the services provided with the contractually agreed service catalogue. Meetings: preparation, moderation and follow-up of project meetings and technical reviews. After Action Review (AAR): Head of internal and external evaluation for the identification of ''Lessons Learned'' for product development and new implementations.

Study (Bachelor or Master) or comparable qualification in engineering or military career (official, technical officer) 2–5 years of experience in project management or in a coordinating function in the administrative context. Safe handling of project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, SAP) Structured mode of operation and pronounced organizational skills in a dynamic environment Basic understanding of the administrative processes of contracting entities Technical understanding Ready for business trips Communication strength and coordination competence across departments Very good German and good English skills
