Account Manager - Programmatic Hiring (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for the holistic strategic and operational support of your customer portfolio for the All Jobs 360 product, with data-based consulting, targeted stakeholder management and the identification of sales potential sustainable sales growth and long-term customer retention. Your new job at a glance Lifecycle management: holistic strategic and operational support for existing customers (from pilot project to long-term partnership). Growth & Sales: Systematic identification and implementation of upselling and cross-selling potentials in close cooperation with sales. Strategic advice: Data-based optimization of your customers' recruiting strategies as a savings partner at eye level. Revenue management: takeover of the sales responsibility for the portfolio and control of budget and contract extensions. Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring of relevant KPIs for proactive chance and risk assessment (Churn prevention). Stakeholder Management: Building resilient C-level relationships and internal networking with the Sales, Product and Tech teams.

Experience in Account Management: Found experience in the holistic support of customer portfolios, ideally in the HR-Tech, Recruiting or Digital-Advertising environment. Expertise in Programmatic Advertising/Hiring: Detectable experience in control and data-based optimization of programmatic (recruiting) campaigns. Sales-Drive: Proactive identification of upselling and cross-selling potentials as well as joy in active and sustainable budget expansion. KPI & Revenue Responsibility: Safe handling of performance meters for Churn prevention as well as experience in budget management and contract extensions. Strong customer orientation: Embossed service mentality to build long-term and resilient customer relationships as a savings ring partner. Stakeholder Management & Analytics: C-level communication strength, strong internal networking (sales/product/tech) and the ability to strategically use complex data.
