You run your column claiming important infrastructure for generations to receive You control the construction process and keep dates, quality, work safety and relevant standards in mind You monitor the professional execution of the work in concrete repair, structural seal and bridge renovation You coordinate material deliveries and make sure your column remains working You organize the traffic safety and secure the safe operation and next to the construction site You document the progress of construction and keep the construction line up to date

Complete training in construction, ideally with further training for the tested polish Experience in concrete repair, structural sealing or bridge renovation – you know what it is important Leadership – you keep your column together even if it gets tight on the site Reliability – your team and the building management can build on you in any situation Mobility – driving licence class B and readiness to travel for nationwide deployments SIVV appearance of advantage – but no need
