Group Leader IT Group Applications (m/f/d)

Discipline and professional management of the IT Group Applications organization unit with a focus on financial, purchasing and HR applications Strategic planning, design and continuous development of the SAP application landscape as well as coordination and support of SAP projects (roll-outs, upgrades, module extensions) including the agile control of release and change management processes Building, maintenance and development of Group-wide reporting based on SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BDC as well as standardization and automation of recurring processes using SAP AI tools and agents Further development of business processes in close cooperation with Finance, Procurement and HR, implementation of requirements in technical concepts and roadmaps as well as ensuring availability, quality and compliance (DSGVO, SOX, internal guidelines) of SAP services including audit support Promoting expertise in the team, passing on best practice experiences and ensuring a high service orientation towards internal customers:

Complete studies of business informatics, computer science or a comparable discipline or equivalent qualification as well as at least five years of experience in the operation of SAP systems, in particular in finance, procurement and HR, and proven experience in SAP project management (roll-outs, upgrades, extensions) Multiannual management of or co-responsibility for IT teams or Specialist groups, first professional or disciplinary leadership experience, strong leadership, high team and customer orientation as well as communication strength and enforcement ability in exchange with stakeholders at VP/SVP level Found expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP SCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and BDC including SAP basic knowledge, experience with interfaces (SAP PI/PO, APIs, OData) and reporting tools as well as practical experience in in in-house consulting, design and operation of SAP based reporting solutions as well as in the standardization and automation of IT processes Ban In-depth knowledge in enterprise application management, ITIL and agile methods as well as analytical and conceptual thinking with demonstrable successes in process and system optimization Ability to quickly consider new topics, readiness to travel for occasional cross-site operations and high loyalty to the company
