You like to bear responsibility for the appointment and professional monthly wage and salary bills of your facilities. You're making a smooth billing process. It is important to you to be a competent contact person together with your colleagues for all questions regarding the settlement of the facilities. You like the preparation of timing data for wage accounting, so that our employees get the right time supplements paid out. You like to process health insurance registration certificates, Agencies and authorities.

That's what you bring. QUALIFICATION. You meet the requirements for the job through a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Experience as a payroll managerin/Entgeltabcomputerin (m/w/d) you bring. Knowledge found in pay tax and social security law With systems like the SAGE HR Suite, DATEV, P&I Loga or SAP HCM you work safely and efficiently. Topics such as time recording and service planning are also familiar to you – ideally you already know Vivendi. You are fit in the current MS Office applications and find the topic of digitization and optimization of existing processes exciting. You think structured, are well organized, reliable and are happy to work independently with high service and customer orientation. Communication lies to you: You express yourself clearly and safely in German, both in writing and oral.
