Varied tasks in a team where you quickly take a key role in ensuring tax compliance, as well as monitoring national and international M&A projects and at any time keeps in mind the optimization of our internal processes – always in close cooperation with other disciplines.

You accept the income tax and sales tax compliance of domestic corporations in the legal form of corporations and corporations and bring you into a 3-person compliance team with your relevant experience You are responsible for the original and latent tax calculations for the consolidated financial statements and are contact persons for the auditors. You will automatically undertake tax audits at the companies of the Encavis Group. You successfully conduct negotiations with the representatives of the financial management and are in exchange with our consultants In tax terms, you autonomously commit M&A projects of the Encavis Group within Europe (primary purchase and partly also sale of SPV’s from the wind and solar sectors) For German projects, you will conduct the Tax Due Diligence and the Review of the SPA independently For foreign projects, you tax external consultants who take over the Tax Due Diligence and the Review of the SPA and act as an interface between the consultant and our investment team You also advise on various national and international tax issues that arise in a group active in various national markets.

You have passed the tax advisor exam and have a multi-year relevant professional experience (especially in the Compliance and M&A field) in a well-known tax consultancy/economic audit company or an international group This enabled you to acquire, among other things, sound knowledge in German income and corporate tax law as well as in international tax law Notwithstanding the fact that you have well-founded skills and knowledge in corporate tax law, you are a tax general, you have an understanding of the “Great Whole” in the tax area and can change without problems between the different individual disciplines You are able to move safely after short-term incorporation in the relevant Fibu and Controlling tools such as LucaNet and extract the information required for tax purposes. Ideally, you have already worked with the GlobalTaxCenter (GTC) control tool In the area of billing prices, you could also gain first experiences You also have good knowledge in Excel as well as very good English knowledge in word and font You also have a fundamental interest in the economic contexts and the business model of the Encavis Group and are ambitious to contribute your part to the desired growth Personally you convince by your safe appearance, your outstanding communicative skills and your passion for tax law You are willing to take responsibility and work at any time conscientiously, structured and self-convinced by your flexibility and your willingness to work on new topics at any time
