THE STRUCTURES OF THE ACTIVITIES Self-fulfilment of price negotiations using all possibilities Negotiations and conclusion of purchase and framework agreements Continuous recognition and implementation of savings opportunities Support of supplier relationships including optimization of relationships and procurement processes (e.g. building new contacts, standardization of processes) Material disposition to ensure a smooth supply of materials and optimal stocks Maintenance of procurement-relevant master data in the ERP system Participation in continuous process improvement in our own field and across departments Preparation and implementation of analyses

AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ACTIVITIES & COMPETITIES A completed study of the business economy or an equivalent commercial qualification (operator IHK) with ideally multiannual professional experience in a similar role Understanding contract law is advantageous You are able to evaluate data not only in the ERP system, but also with software solutions such as Excel, and to compress information As an organizational institution, you can be stressed and keep an overview even on diverse topics You adapt quickly and flexibly to new circumstances, set meaningful priorities and ensure a smooth process in your department due to your independent working procedure A safe occurrence and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
