Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

You support and advise our employees (m/w/d) and executives (m/w/d) in ensuring legal and operational requirements, in developing our occupational safety culture and in handling hazardous materials. You act as a contact person (m/w/d) for employees (m/w/d) and managers (m/w/d) on the topics of occupational safety, job design and health protection. Also the participation in the assessment of working conditions and the regular execution of visits or safety visits over and under days, effectiveness checks and action tracking are your tasks. You create evaluations of accidents, work analyses and accident statistics. The independent organization of training offers, action days and the like complete your task.

You have a successfully completed technical degree or a technical degree with further education to the master/technician (m/w/d). You have successfully completed the further education on the specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d). A multi-year professional experience as a specialist for occupational safety (m/w/d) complements your profile. You have already been able to gain experience in the development and introduction of occupational health and safety measures. You are convinced with your desire to actively improve the protection of people at work through proactive and independent work, deed, self-initiative, pragmatism and implementation strength with your sense of supporting cooperation and problem solving with your social competence and with a safe occurrence with the ability to communicate facts according to the recipient, understandably with good MS Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) with the willingness to continue and further education to receive or Expansion of the specialist
