The CJD Bremervörde offers children in kindergarten and hort a place to play, discover and grow. In a family atmosphere we accompany children of different ages with a lot of commitment, joy and an appreciation of each other.

Our educational work is resource-oriented and interactive. We encourage each child individually, support his self-employment and strengthen social skills. Creative offers, promotion of movement and trusting cooperation with families are of course part of it.

In the team, you will actively participate in the pedagogical everyday life – whether in group service, in the planning of diverse projects or within the framework of our lovingly designed holiday program. Your ideas and your commitment are welcome!

• Pedagogical care and promotion of children in Kita and Hort
• Design of a varied, loving daily routine
• Planning and implementation of creative and movement-oriented offers
• Working with Organization and Conversion of Ferienprogramm
• Promoting social skills and individual strengths
• Partnership with parents
• Active co-design of pedagogical everyday life and team culture

Your profile

• Completed training as a nationally recognised educator (w/m/d) or equivalent qualification
• Freude at work with children in the Kita and Hort area
• Pedagogical competence and a resource-oriented, dialogical attitude
• Creativity, Responsibility and Responsibility
• Teamability and Communication strength
• Flexibility in half-day and full-day groups
• Interest in a sense-making activity in the social field
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
