Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the design, documentation and continuous development of IT service processes, work instructions and operating standards Central contact person and coordinating interface between departments, customers, internal IT teams and external service providers Building and maintaining trusted stakeholders’ relationships and active understanding of business requirements and customer expectations Ensuring high service quality through transparent control, continuous improvements and customer-oriented service landscape Proactive control of service performance, risks, priorities and escalations to ensure a stable and efficient IT operation Analysis of service key figures, trends and recurring disturbances using ITSM tools as well as derivation and implementation of sustainable optimization measures Promote strategic service initiatives in the fields of standardization, knowledge management, user experience and continuous increase of service maturity Responsibility for comprehensive service coordination in the areas of service desk, workplace and terminal management, print and network services, SAP service interfaces as well as supplier and multi-customer service management

Multiannual professional experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, IT Operations or a comparable environment Good knowledge of IT service processes (ITSM) and experience with ticketing and service management tools Embossed communication skills and safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders Self-employed, structured and responsible working with a high level of quality Ability to set priorities, solve challenges pragmatically and keep an overview even in challenging situations High understanding of customer needs and business requirements in an international environment knowledge of English; French skills are desirable
