Pedagogical leadership preschool

In this role you take a central role in the educational and organizational development of our preschool at the Heilbronn site. You create reliable structures, strengthen educational quality and accompany children, parents and colleagues with professionalism and empathy. Your tasks include: Operational direction and further development of preschool / reception at the Heilbronn site Conceptual cooperation with the pre-school/reception management in Erlenbach Support in teaching and takeover of hours of representation as needed Organisation and coordination of representation plans and training Accompanying and incorporating new employees Planning and implementation of knowledge and training days Our orientation weeks for new colleagues Contact person for parents, children and employees Ensuring and further developing educational quality standards Close cooperation with location management and management team Interface function for KVJS Baden-Württemberg

Completed studies in the field of early childhood education and education or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the educational environment and ideally experience in coordinating or conducting functions Joy in accompanying teams, developing structures and taking responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English International experience or experience in bilingual or intercultural educational contexts are advantageous Organizational talent, initiative and a structured working method Communication strength, empathy and team spirit Enthusiasm for modern pedagogy and our bilingual school concept
