At the next time and in part-time (at least 20 hours per week) we are looking for a:n employee:in sales and service (business customers).

Your tasks:

You take over the telephone, written support of our existing customers, as well as the implementation of sales and consulting talks with new and existing customers: You are responsible for your own client: inner circle, tune associated data with the internal billing and registration team and collect them and fill them in the CRM system You will start and extend first offers and, if necessary, you will be able to: You plan and support various customer engagement and marketing measures You actively contribute to the successful implementation of the project objectives of our GK team

You have a completed commercial training with sales orientation and multi-year relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned task; in the field of energy supply You are characterized by a pronounced customer: interior and service orientation You can communicate at eye level in different internal and external interfaces You work safely with the Office applications and have experiences in working with CRM systems, also as part of the offer calculation You work independently, detailed and reliable You understand yourself as a real:n team player:in and at the same time have fun taking responsibility for your field of activity
