In a highly interdisciplinary environment, the UKM Laboratory provides laboratory services throughout the laboratory medical field for the university hospital and external clients. The laboratory is accredited to ISO 15189.

Supporting the quality management officers of the UKM laboratory, among others, in the following tasks: regular monitoring of the validity of QM relevant documents Support in the creation and maintenance of work and process instructions Editorial tasks in the QM system (e.g. creation and management of documents of different types) Support of internal and external audits Error and risk management

Takeover of administrative tasks, including general internal and external correspondence Invoicing Room and appointment coordination Ordering Creation of curricula for academic staff Homepage Administration

Participation in project and special topics

Completed training in the commercial sector experience in administration, in the secretariat or in assistance, or in the work of the expert Experience in quality management Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of the MS Office package Self-employed work organisation and reliability Addressable communication capability
