in parttime (20 hours/week).

Your tasks

Support & Support: They accompany and support people with disabilities on their way to more self-employment and social participation.

Conclusion planning & development promotion: Together with the clients, they develop individual participation plans and implement them in appropriate measures and conceptual offers.

Cooperation & Communication: They work extensively with parents, offices, authorities, doctors, professionals and colleagues to ensure the best possible support.

Document & Reporting: You document client participation in life and create development progress reports to make progress visible.

Your profile

Qualification:You have completed your studies in social education, social work or comparable qualifications.
