Project and subproject lines as well as design and implementation of applications, e.g. document management, field service management, variant configuration tools, web shop solutions, product information systems, editorial systems etc. Analysis of technical implementation in the respective system with regard to the redesign and optimization of technical processes Evaluation, development and establishment of innovative AI applications for improving efficiency, automation and digital transformation of business processes Internal consultancy of departmental and project managers, including international Process-oriented support for specialist departments and training in new application solutions Instruction and support of specialists and users 2nd-level support for users and ensuring the daily operation of the responsible systems Support of the systems and the adjacent interfaces Control of Incident and Change Management

Ideally studied in the field of (economic) computer science or completed training with several years of professional experience in application care Multiannual experience with implementation projects and applications Possible technical knowledge in web and database technologies, operating systems and network technology Knowledge in business processes and business process optimization Embossed analytical and result- and service-oriented thinking and acting High levels of enforcement and readiness to take responsibility Very good communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, also for international projects
