Branch management (m/f/d)

Full responsibility: You run your CLASSIC branch like a small company – with everything that belongs to it: staff, goods, service, sales. Hands-on instead of everyday office: you pack up, have a look at the shop and grab when it comes to it. Freedom with restraint: You bring your ideas and actively shape – we stand behind you and support you. Team leadership at eye level: You build a strong team and motivate by model, clarity and fairness. Quality & cleanliness in focus: You make sure that your branch – from shop to sanitary areas to outdoor areas and washing facilities – always makes a well-kept and welcoming impression. You also keep the technical functionality of the plant in mind and recognize the need for action at an early stage. Actively evolving location: You think entrepreneurial, introduce ideas for optimisation and continuously develop your branch.

Complete training in retail and understanding of commercial processes Self-employed and entrepreneurial thinking Joy of innovative ideas and optimisation of existing business processes Experience in personnel management is desirable Empathy and communication skills complete your profile
