Operational support: You support us in switching job advertisements on different portals and help you select the appropriate recruiting channels Applicant Management: You take the first pre-screening of applications and coordinate dates for initial interviews Visualization & preparation: Start professional presentations and documents for strategic projects and internal meetings Reporting & data management: You support the creation of regular reporting, support relevant KPI metrics and help us to make our recruiting success measurable Consulting support: You support our team in managing management of executives and support questions about our applicant management system

Continuous studies: You study economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course – ideally with the focus on HR. Safe in Google Workspace: You are versed in dealing with Google Slides and have an eye for design and structure to create appealing presentations and decision templates. You also use Google Sheets securely for the organization and evaluation of data. Structure & organization: You are an organizational institution, working conscientiously and always keeps track of administrative tasks and high job applications. Communication talent: You have the pleasure of sharing with people, performing professionally and communicating safely with applicants: inside and our leaders in the markets. Analytical Understanding: You have fun in numbers and desire to prepare recruiting KPIs and support regular reporting for management Team player with hands-on mentality: You like to work in the team, are proactive and have the pleasure to actively accompany operational processes in the talent Acquisition.
