Martin-Luther-King-Weg 8a, 48155 Münster As the head of a motivated team, you take on the independent HLSK project planning of our diverse and exciting construction projects You are responsible for maintaining costs, dates and quality of your projects You focus on communication and direct contact with clients and colleagues You develop ideas for technical optimizations and have fun in developing and presenting concepts You create and create quotations and performance directories together with your colleagues You control and coordinate planning participants and, through your technical expertise, supports the colleagues of the purchase in the award You develop technically sophisticated solutions and introduce them to our customers You are at your disposal as an expert and profit from sharing with experienced team members

You have completed engineering studies or a comparable technical training as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) Ideally you bring multi-year experience in the field of technical building equipment, especially HLSK, and in the management of projects with You have a professional knowledge of the relevant technical standards and regulations You are safe in handling CAD programs (Plancal Nova, Revit, Linear) and have already modelled. A good organizational ability, independent working and commitment are yours You have fun coordinating complex processes, team skills and flexibility
