Free and medical professionals and the Next Generation Systematic implementation of the holistic consulting and support strategy and enhancement of service quality Increase in market penetration and revenue according to agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives Control and achievement of defined sales objectives, development and definition of necessary processes for achieving sales objectives Construction, maintenance and introduction of own networks in the region, presentation of the bank at suitable occasions Representation of sites and active market management Support for projects in private banking Support for young people as a training centre (e.g. DH students and trainees)

Studies or comparable training, Financial Consultant Comprehensive knowledge and experience/success in all areas of business with PB customers incl. individual credit business Acquisition readiness and strong acquisition skills Regional market knowledge and network contacts Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial action Enforcement and Persuasion Ability to promote and motivate employees for goals and changes Experienced understanding of cooperation e.g. with corporate customers and cooperation partners Enthusiasm for digital processes/changes Good communicative and sales skills High level of commitment and motivation Successfully completed PEP 4
