Software Developer – Focus on DevOPS / Cyber Security Autonomous Navigation (m/f/d)

Your new tasks:

• You build development, integration and operating environments for autonomy, navigation and C2 systems in the context of Software Defined Defence, operate and develop these further and take over monitoring and stabilization in operational use.
• You set up CI/CD pipelines as well as build and test environments, automates and optimizes them continuously and thus supports flexible, software-defined capabilities in the sense of modern DevOps processes.
• Integrierst software components, sensors and effectors in existing and software-defined system architectures and address technical interfaces to internal and external partners.
• You implement IT security and cyber security requirements for software-defined system landscapes, including system hardening, monitoring, analysis of complex system environments and the creation of cyber security management plans and security designs.
• You work closely in interdisciplinary teams from system, software and test engineering and actively shape the further development of development culture, processes, efficiency and innovation with a focus on cyber security and software defined defence.
• You support in offer phases and evaluate Cyber Security requirements.

You fit us if:

• You successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science or have a technical training with relevant professional experience in the field of cyber security.
• You are passionate about cyber security and ideally safe in dealing with current threat scenarios, security requirements (e.g. BSI, NATO STANAGs) and system hardening.
• You know how to configure systems in a modular, service-oriented and secure manner and you ideally have experiences with the ability to increase platforms to software updates and reconfigurable systems.
• Ideally, you have experience in the DevOps environment or have the motivation to work in CI/CD tools, version management and automation.
• You have a structured way of working, strong communication skills and a quality-conscious and professionally flexible way of working.
• You want to define Cyber Security and DevOPS together in the team for the new product area of autonomy and to participate in this design.
• You can communicate safely in German and English (equivalent B2).
• You meet the requirements for a successful safety check of Level Ü2 (SÜG).
